This month, we’re excited to shine a light on one of our dedicated team members whose journey at Apryse highlights resilience, growth, and the power of building lasting customer relationships. From navigating company changes to driving meaningful customer success, Kaitlyn Papantonakis’ story is a great example of how dedication and teamwork lead to shared achievements.
I originally joined Apryse through the acquisition of Windward Studios and have since navigated through the various changes that have shaped my journey within the company. I am particularly drawn to continuing my career at Apryse, as it has provided me with invaluable insights into the technical world, especially given my background in other industries. Additionally, my experience here has allowed me to further develop a diverse set of skills, particularly those gained from my time in customer service. The opportunities for growth within the technology sector at Apryse are abundant, offering multiple pathways depending on one’s career aspirations.
With my background in customer service and a strong passion for helping customers, transitioning into a Customer Success Manager role felt like a natural fit. I thrive on managing a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring they receive the best products and services to drive their growth and success. Additionally, I take great pride in building strong, long-term relationships and witnessing the positive impact these connections have on both our customers and our organization.
Over my nearly four years with the company, I’ve achieved many accomplishments, but one that stands out is my success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. One of our customers used our Windward (now Fluent) technology from 2019 to 2021 but was unable to renew due to development delays and technical challenges. Despite this, I remained in close communication with them, collaborating with our support and development teams to address any technical roadblocks. As a result, when they were ready to resume development in 2023, they chose to renew with us and now plan to expand Fluent’s implementation across additional applications.
I am continually impressed by Apryse’s rapid growth and adaptability. As we’re always evolving, the company remains highly successful, offering valuable opportunities to learn and expand my skill set.
It’s difficult to choose just one favorite memory from my nearly four years with the company, as several stand out. However, a recent highlight has been the strong working relationship I’ve built with one of our account executives. Over the years, we’ve developed a seamless collaboration that has made closing business, particularly upsells with existing customers, both efficient and rewarding. Our ability to work in tandem and leverage our deep understanding of customer needs contributed to his achievement of President’s Club and my recognition as Leader of the Year in Expansion. This experience was especially meaningful to me, as it reinforced the power of teamwork and shared success.
